This course will teach you how to make a decision about the need for CRM, the benefits of CRM, and how to coordinate the base requirements for a CRM undertaking.
This course will teach you the four Cs of writing: clear, concise, complete, and correct. You will also learn some of the fundamentals of good writing, including word agreement, active and passive voice, sentence construction, punctuation, and spelling. Finally, you will have a chance to apply these skills to real-life situations, such as writing emails, memos, and letters.
In this course, you'll learn what intrapreneurship is all about. You will learn about the history and culture of intrapreneurship and assess your own intrapreneurial qualities. You'll also explore different ways that you can contribute to the intrapreneurial process. As well, you'll learn how to develop, screen, sell, and implement your ideas.
