This course is going to provide you with the skills you will need to get the most of an Internet search. You will learn where to look for information, how to find it, and the types of information that you can, and cannot, find online. It looks at the surface web and then takes you further in your searching skills to the deep web.
We’ve all used the Internet to search for the answer to a question we might have. The question could be as simple as Who won last nights ball game? or an in-depth query for our university research paper. This course provides a road map for searching the Web without getting lost, sidetracked, or getting the wrong information. It provides simple tips and examples and points us in the right direction.
